Selling question

What is the name of your state? Ohio

I keep seeing these ads for places that buy houses in any condition. What are the pros and cons or is it all just a con?

"Distressed" properties, and "fast sales" yield much lower sale prices to the seller, as the purchasing party must factor a "holding period", a profit, and any needed repairs into the price HE will need to get. They are buying to turn it over.

**A: if they pay all cash at market value or close, then it's a pro.
Otherwise it's not.
