Setback Restrictions

What is the name of your state? Florida
What can I do about a mobile home I've bought and want to sell that is on the setback listed in the deed restrictions? I just got the survey and it is showing the problem. Thank you, Vicki

I guess the mobile home may not be so mobile after all.
