Our sewer assessment was left off of our contract to sell our house. Both are agent and attorney failed to notice and we were quickly taken out of attorney review. On our listing agreement it clearly states, "Buyer to assume sewer assessment." The attorney is blaming our listing agent and our listing agent is blaming our attorney. Who is responsible (besides us) and what can we do about it?
