Should I file a complaint with the Real Estate Commission

What is the name of your state? MO
I am just about to signed closing papers for selling our house. My husband and I live in a different state. (NY)
I believe our agent was not working on our behalf for this transaction.
We haven't signed any any paperwork on letting the buyer move in early however our realtor informed me on friday that he has the keys and has taken possession. The buyer has already sighed his portion of the closing paperwork, but we haven't signed ours or seen ours yet since it has to be overnighted to us.
When I informed him that this was unacceptable the realtors response to me was for me to call the "cops" Although he has spoken to us earlier about the buyer moving in prior to closing, the realtor never offered us "rental compensation"
My husband left him voice mail and told him that we should receive some type of compensation, he stated between $100-500...without talking actually talking to my husband, the realtor then left my husband a voice mail that the buyer wrote a check out for $100...

There are move complaints but I think having the buyer move in before actual closing was not a good thing....
