Our Agent presented us with the Residential Data / Listing Agreement for Residential Property.
Both my Husband & I are on the Tittle & Deed. On this document, both of us signed the Res. Data section however, only my Husband signed the Listing Agreement (along with the Realtor).
We are now in Contract. Would this in any way hinder the sale?

**A: no, but for your peace of mind, why not sign the listing contract as well. Your Realtor needed to get both of your signatures on the listing agreement. Faux pas.
