sister stole grandmothers house

i was recently informed that my grandma (who lives in new york state) signed papers to sell her rental property to my sister. as far as i know $60,000 was to be paid to grandma for the property. so far, over 1.5 years no money has been exchanged, my sister even takes the rent money (approx. $2000.00/mth) that should go to my grandma. my grandma is 85 years old and i believe not mentally fit. i have talked to grandma, she still believes my sister will pay her. i do not know what my grandma signed, but i was told my sister took grandma to a parking lot and told grandma to sign these papers. something is not right with the whole transaction, my grandma should of had someone there for her. my question is, is there any thing that can be done to help my grandma.

**A: order a title report to see the chain of title. Chances are Grandma still holds title.
