sorry realtorsWhat is the name of your state? texas i was shown a foreclosre home by a realtor. in the home there were some furniture left by previous owner. i was told by the realtor that all items went with the home and belonged to the bank. with that in mind i made an offer that was excepted. when my realtor called to tell me i won the bid she stated that the items in the home was taken by the banks realtor and given to her grandmother. these items were not named in the contract. can i back out of the contract if i have not received any thing in writing stating that the bid was excepted? and is it legal for her to remove furniture after the house is being shown? there were no exclusions but it was stated that all other items attached and on the property belonged to the seller. ![]() |

Read your contract; it will tell you what personal property goes with the real estate.
