Statute of Limitations on Recording a TitleCalifornia, San Diego; Grandma owns a house with 6500 sqr, it partioned into to r-1 parcels, the rear parcel used for a parking lot for dealership. Grandma dies 95 transfers to son. Son thinks the parcel was sold but Grandma's Est has been on title for the last 10 years. Don't know if it was really sold. However does her estate own it if title has never been transfered or filed? |
