Still Wondering if we own the home

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Michigan

We closed on the purchase of a manufactured home on a foundation and some acerage on 01/30/2009. I was told by the realtor that there is not a recission period on the purchased of this house. On 02/02/2009 we were contacted by the realtor that said remove any of our personal items we had taken to the home because there was a question if the title was clear or not. on 02/03/2009 the realitor called back and said that the title was clear, but he was not sure if the title company was going to close again or procede with the closing we had already signed. It is now 02/05/2009 and we still do not have an answer. Do we own the house or not? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

**A: if you don't know how the heck are we supposed to know? And the word is Realtor. Contact the title company directly and get the facts.

The word is probably Real Estate Agent. If this clown is a Realtor, he should have his NAR membership terminated.

Still no house

The problem is with the title company not the realtor. They are holding everything, the title , the funds, the ball is in their court. They are close to dropping it. We called them today and told them that if we did not have an answer by the end of today we were moving in the house, because they should have had the title work done before we closed. They are the "TITLE COMPANY" hense they handle the title aspects before we close. I think they all need their licenses revoked. Also I submitted my question to this forum to get an helpful answer not a smart one. Not one to correct spelling or ask the same question I did. I was looking for someone who could give some good advice as to the legal side of we closed do we own it if the title company did not have their work done?
