Subject to investing

What is the name of your state? California

I am beginning a career in Real Estate investing, and I need to find the correct California forms for Subject to purchases. I have been advised to use the CAR approved Real Estate form, as there is a Subject to option, but cannot seem to get my hands on one because I am not a California licenced Realtor.

Where can I get a California legal form that allows this type of purchase?
