Sue for commissionWhat is the name of your state? California My broker & I agrreed to split comission 50-50 on the purchase of a new home for clients. After the buyers and sellers agreed & signed a contract, the buyers canceled the contract & made a new one with a new buyer. Can I sue in small claims for my share of the comission? Can I sue in small claims for my share of the comission? **A: no because there is no commission due to your broker therefore no commision due to you. ******** Can I put an attachment or lien on the home? **A: of course not. |
