Tax ImplicationsWhat is the name of your state? Louisiana I just built a house.Builder agreed to pay $1,500.00 toward buyer's closing cost. The day of closing Builder hands over a check for $1,500.00 payable to the Buyer not the Title Company. Buyer deposits the check in his checking account. Does the buyer have to report this 1,500.00 as income on his Federal Tax Return? if he does What part or form should he use?. Replies will be really appreciated Last edited by coa132435; 02-02-2003 at 11:12 PM. |

__________________ There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution). Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |
