Tenants Closing Verbage for Buyer.What is the name of your state? Florida Have offer, looks good but buyers want in befor tenant wants out. Tenant lease isn't up for another 3 months, but Tenant is willing to vacate on May 31st or Maybe as soon as May 15th. Buyers NEED May 15th, an we don't want to lose contract. Want the Tenant happy because I am also working with him on buying a property, he'll probable need those extra days. Looking for the Right Verbage to make Both Tenant and Buyers in making this Offer a Contract. Need both Parties Happy and also so I don't get involved in a Pissing Match if anything does go wrong. | Simple solution... offer the tenants $1000 if out on May 15th.... or $1500 if out on May 10th.
__________________ There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution). Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |

| In asking for specific 'VERBIAGE' to enter into a contract, you are asking for specific legal SERVICES and not just advice. As such, there really isn't anyone here who will provide that SERVICE for you. You will need to talk with a local attorney who can review ALL of your issues and give you accurate SPECIFIC services. As I stated, the simple solution is to provide sufficient INCENTIVE to the current tenant to make him want to terminate his lease early. If he does, great. If he doesn't, you may need to find another buyer that is willing to accept the tenant until the lease is up..... or wait until the property is vacant.
