I am in the process of selling my condo in California. The contract has been signed and the buyer did a home inspection. According to the contract the buyer has 14 days to notify me if he wants any repairs done. after 3 weeks he finally sent me a request to replace the skylight in the hallway, which has a crack in it (but it's not leaking). This crack is also reported in the termite inspection report under section 2. this crack was there when i bought the condo 5 years ago. what are my options? do i have to replace the glass or can I argue it? Do I actually have to fix everything that is stated in the termite or home inspection report?
