What is the name of your state?California
If I am currently unmarried, can I buy a house and put my parents on title with me, then in the future at least 2/3 would be safe from any divorce (If I remarry) case?
Thanks.

Don't you just LOVE a woman who isn't married..... and is already planning on her divorce???
BTW, as long as your house was purchased PRE-marriage, it will remain YOURS alone..... unless you really love the other person enough to put their name on the title.
Ain't love grand?? :D
