Time for OffersIn Pennsylvania. Seller signed agreement of sale that had an escape clause whereby seller had 4 days to void the agreement to sell if HIS offer to BUY another property failed. During this 4 day period, is seller's realtor obligated to present any other offers to buy the property that may come in?? (During this time, seller's realtor conducted an open house of the property giving the "impression" it was still for sale). |

| Yes, Realtor is oblgated to present other offers but also obligated to advise other prospective Buyers that there already is an accepted contract with contingencies. |
