Title information

What is the name of your state? California

Is it possible to add someone to your title without the other party knowing it.

**A: yes, if you do it on the sly on your own. If you go through a title/escrow company, they require the Grantee to also sign the deed.

California

So for example if it someone was added (i believe this happened to me) I can find out by going to the public records. Do I have any legal rights?

**A: order a title report them read it and post back.
