I was just wondering if I could change a mobile home title into a reg deed beings that the moble home was made permanent to the dwelling I have no axles and it's on a reg piece of property all the electric and gas hook ups are on the home and it is on a foundation this is in N.J thanks .

Contact a real estate attorney to do it correctly. There may be a Bill of Sale and UCC filings to contend with. And also if you have an outstanding mortgage.
