Trouble with Cert. Of Satisfaction

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Virginia


Looking for some help. My mom pasted away last year and I am trying to sell her house. When we did a title search we found an old ( 1989 ) mortgage lien that had not been release with a Cert of Satisfaction - The trouble now is the bank ( Soveran ) was bought by ( bank B ) and then bought by Bank of America. If BofA is not able to issue a Cert of Satisfation, and I have no proof the loan is paid, other then in her later years I managed her money and there was no loan at that time. How do I clear title. Is there a process for filing an some paper work ..?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

What did BoA say when you asked them??

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

By the way, that original lender is spelled Sovran.
