Truth in lending question

Hello! A friend of ours is having a house built and at the beginning, he was given the Truth In Lending paperwork with all the fees and everything listed on it, which he signed. Now that the house is just about finished, the company is now saying that they "left out" some fees, therefor he owes another $900 toward the down payment? Can they do this? Our friend just wants to make sure before he pays.

**A: yes they can but make sure your friend asks for written explanation of that the $900 is for. And read the contract.
