Trying to Sell Our Mobile Home

What is the name of your state? We live in a trailer park in New York.

We have been trying to sell our mobile home for a few months now. We signed a two month contract with our trailer park, for their help in selling our trailer. They told us that they would show and try to sell the empty trailers before ours. They also told us that we can advertise and try to sell our trailer and if we found a buyer they would look the other way and ignore the contract.

We found someone who is very interested in our trailer. We told her she needed to go to the park office and apply for occupancy before we can sell it to her. It's the rules of the park before anyone can move in they have to be approved. She went to the park office and they tried to sell her one of their empty homes and told her things to try to make her not want to buy our home. We are under contract with them so they are suppose to help us sell our home not turn people away. They are giving this lady a really hard time because she is set on our place. I need to know what my rights are and if they have the right to turn people away like that. Help!!!
