Question

under contract sign

state is NJ
My question is: the buyer and seller has already signed the contract. When does the UNDER CONTRACT sign go up at the property

**A: now, when all contingencies are removed or at whatever point you and the real estate agent agree. And there is no law that requires such a sign-rider.

signed,

**A: ok Hunny, let's get to the point. What did your real estate agent tell you and why are you asking?

absolutely nothing. she is not being very helpful at all. we have to constantly contact her with any issues we have and she doesn't really answer our questions or get back with us until we call her again and again.

**A: hey, not a problem. Start calling her principal broker instead.

the same question I asked before. when does the under contract sign go up at the property? Is it after contracts are signed and the 3 day attorney review is done, or is it just after contracts are signed?

Poster, pull the sign up out of the ground and prop it against the side of your house, if it bothers you so much.

Geeze, if I was your realtor, and you're fussing about a sign rider, I don't think I'd rapidly return your phone calls either.

I wa sjust asking the question because I thought this site was helpful. I don't need the smartass remarks from people that have nothing better to do or say. If you can't be helpful to people then don't be a smartass
