Undisclosed Easement

What is the name of your state? Missouri
I have entered into a contract for a land/home (manufactured home) package with a local company. The construction loan has been signed. A survey of the property was done. Now, as the contractors are about to start work, we find that almost 2/3 of our land is an electric company easement. This was never disclosed to us in any paperwork. The original sellers were the seller/agents of the property. My real estate agent was unaware of this easement also. Do I have a case and how do I proceed?
