unethical & poor relator representation

im back...inspections and surveys were performed and closing was scheduled for 04-05 @ 2:00. two hours before closing loan officer calls me and cancels closing because he said he checked (at the last minute) on buyers employment and he had a temporary layoff for two weeks. when he went back to work they would close.

two weeks later he went back to work with a different employer. took eight working days to obtain verification of employment. once received loan company said he was no longer eligible for loan. i am now out of my house for 6 wks. have cost for storage, 2 different residence, reconnection fees of utilities, lost vacation time and unbelivevable stress.....

will move back in to house this week in debit over $2,000. I have contacted an attorney $225 per hr. to even see if I have a case for reimbursement of my losses. this is every sellers nightmare and i will never move out again without a min. $5,000 in escrow and until one week after closing. the seller apparently has no rights. any additional advise regarding this dileima would be greatly appreciated.
