Walk-through with relocation

What is the name of your state? IL

We have purchased a home, however discovered it wa a Relo.
Finished Home Inspection and all was ok.

Now time for walk-through and closing. What should I expect, the seller being a relocation company ? By the way, the house is still occupied by the relocating employee.

Don't let a Relocation Company scare you. They are the owners of record.
Your walk through will be the same as if the people who are currently living there (old owners) were still the owners. Any issues that you may find during the walk through, tell your Realtor and she should be able to handle it.
