Wanting my house back

What is the name of your state?Pennsylvania, I own a home and was going to sell it to a "we buy houses company" with a 1 year rent to own lease. 1 year after signing the contract the company did not come up with the purchase price. Now year 2 they still have tenants living in my house and I am still recieving a rent check from the company, although the time of the contract is up and also the company did not pay the said property taxes in the contract and now I am 2 years behind on the taxes. I want to end it with this company now! I need to know what I can do? I also want to know if I can evict the tenants that are living there presently? How can I do this legally and quickly? Another problem is the company had remodeled my house before we even signed anything will I have to repay that back to them? The remodeling included new carpet, paint, kitchen and bathroom, and windows which I never signed any papers for or verbally agreed to.
