water

What is the name of your state? MT
We bought a house on 7 acres about 6 years ago. When we bought, the disclosure statement said "water in the crawl space" - we now have reason to believe that the property had completely flooded the year before we bought it. Do we have recourse and what would be the proper channels. I would assume that the realtor knew as well since I had been and off the market the year prior to us buying it. Thanks for any input.

**A: did you hire a home inspector? Did you ask the Seller about the water and what exactly was meant in the disclosure? Did you hire a specialist to determine the source of the water and if it was a past, current and would be a future condiiton?
