A way out

What is the name of your state? South Carolina.

We currently have our home under contract, with the closing date 10 days from now. The home inspection, appraisal and survey have been completed. This is a family home and my wife is wanting to cancel the contract. What are the legal ramifications and how should we proceed?

On what basis does she feel the conttract should be cancelled? Are you willing to reimburse the buyers all their costs if they agree to cancel their contract?
