Ways to take title

What is the name of your state? Arizona

I'm trying to find out the best way to take title here in Arizona. I'm marriedIs there any advantage/disadvantage between "community property with right of survivorship" or "joint tenancy with right of survivorship"?

Can both be titled to a trust later on?
Would both allow you to add your kids (over 18) later on to the title?

Any other info is appreciated.
