What are the disclosure forms required by law.

What is the name of your state? California
I'm selling my house as a "for sale by owner". Can you please tell me which disclosure forms I am required by CA law to give to buyer?.
I understand that I must disclose every defect or situation about my house, which I have listed on a sheet of paper and I was planning to give it to buyer. However, I learned that there are some disclosure forms that by law, I have to fill out and give to buyer pursuant to California civil code 1102 (and others), but I'm not sure which forms are those. Local real estate agents are not helping because I'm not willing to pay a comission.

Please help. I'm closing escrow in one week.

Lets face it, you will have to pay for something at some time.

Plumbers, electricians, attorneys, realtors and all other self-employed individuals don't like giving their knowledge and expertise away for free.
