What Form do I need?

If I want to make an offer to a seller and also, indicate that the purchase is contingent upon me selling my home as well as the other customary stuff i.e. clear title, home inspection etc., What Legal Forms do I need?

Also, in regards to closing help, I do know what it is I wanted the pros and cons from an expect. No offense intended. ::

*A: what you really need is a Realtor or real estate attorney.
