what is my realtor doing?

What is the name of your state? Texas
I own a house in Kansas that I have been trying to sell since I moved to TX. My realtor told me that she has put up posters and that it is listed on their website and at realtor.com. I checked and it wasn't listed. I told her, and a few days later it was on both sites. That was a few months ago. It isn't on either site again. Property that was there before is still there, but my house is gone. What can I do? I can't afford to make trips to KS to make sure flyers are posted and hold my realtors hand to make sure my house gets the appropriate exposure. I keep in contact with her thru email, but I don't think she is very interested in selling my house. What can I do?

Of course you can contact her broker and try to find out what is really going on.
And if they refuse to release you from the listing contract, you can wait until it expires and then relist with someone else.

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

**A: why not call her company and ask. Or better yet call her and ask her.

Unhappy

Sorry, I just tried to call her, and I got the answering machine. They don't work on weekends. This is a little po-dunk town in the middle of B.F., Kansas. They roll up the sidewalks at 5 pm on Friday, and the only places of business that are open on the weekends are churches....there aren't even any bars! If you want to buy or even look at a house.....ya gotta do it on a weekday. What a mess I got myself into!

**A: so are you saying that the agent has no wireless telephone or a pager?
Send a smoke signal or deliver a message via pony express or carrier pigeon then.
