What is seller required to repair?

I sold my house in California and the buyer just completed his inspection of the property.

The way I read the contract, I understand it to read that the buyer may request that the seller make reasonable repairs, but the seller has no obligation to do so.

I have yet to see the buyers inspection report. I was wondering if anyone knew what the seller is required to fix if anything.

This is a good example of why I advise Sellers to order and pay for their own home inspection. Then they have the opportunity and option to fix what they want to fix and the rest sell "as-is" with the unrepaired conditions known and fully disclosed to the Buyer.
