| | | What Should I Do?? I am in Louisiana, I bought a Moble Home (Trailor) July of 01. When we bought the trailor we had to change all the Faucets, and the side wall that was damaged. We started remodeling the trailor, and we found BAD Water damage on the Outer wall. If we would keep the trailor it would cost us alot more money. Would it be worth us trying to make them fix it, or getting some of our money back, or simply telling them they could have it back?
Please help me????? |

However, what makes you think that they have any obligations to fix it, reimburse you or even to rescind your purchase??

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |

You have a legal obligation to inspect the property prior to your making the purchase. If you didn't, or if the damage wasn't noticed, you have no claim against the seller.
This is a trailer and not subject to the same laws as real property.
