who gets the proceeds

i am currently living in a home in the state of GA, where i pay the mortgage. the property/ home was quick deeded to me, but the mortgage is not in my name. if i were to sell the home, with the mortgage holders permission, who would be entitled to the proceeds from the sale and do I have any claim to those funds?
