florida.....hi ..i am brand new this site...i have put a offer on a house it was accepted ..the contract reads no financing i was going to pay cash..the realtor i put offer in also put my house up for sale ,she said homes in tampa if price right will sell in less than a month..my qusetion if my house does not sell being its close to a month and closing scheduled in a couple weeks will i get my ernest money back or do i loose it...and i am liable for anything else...and also if deal falls threw can i have realtor stop sale on my house .even though she put in for 3 months.at the time she said not to worry as house would sell**************please any advise.....thanks joann
