We have been dealing with a bank to get a mortgage on a home we want to purchase for 11 months. We have had three appraisals, many inspections, sent in our banking info (savings, checking, etc.) 5 times, we have been told our credit report was fine and have been told by the rural housing administration, which is what our loan will be, that they are all set to sign off on the loan. Is there anything leagally that we can do to finally get this closed? We have jumped through every hope they have thrown at us and have met all there criteria. Please help.
