Wrong Hardwood Floors Installed

What is the name of your state? Tennessee
We are buying a Spec home. Our builder only allowed us a $4400 flooring allowance to cover materials & installation for the main level being 2,400 sq. ft.
Our Real Estate Agent gave me the names of a few flooring places in the area to "shop around." We chose a well established store on the more expensive side because of their fantastic reputation for quality work. The job was quoted at $14,000.
Just last week the Installation Manager made a trip to see the VERY POOR tile job around our master jacuzzi tub. He stated that it must be completely torn out & redone. The kitchen molding around the backsplash has to be recut & reinstalled properly. There is dried grout laying on top of some of the hardwood, which has to be replaced. The kitchen tile wasn't laid at the proper angle. One of the wood planks in the hall is cut crooked. Grout color on master bath floor is wrong. The floors were all covered immediately after installed therefore I didn't realize they laid the wrong hardwood planks.
The kicker: last night while looking over construction photos (one showed the label on the hardwood box), I realized they had laid 800 sq. ft. of Yorkshire Plank Cherry Spice made by Armstrong. My contract says they were to install Bristol Cherry Spice Oak. After some research I found out Armstrong makes both types. The Yorkshire is lesser quality & money. We are supposed to close on the house in 2 weeks (already 3 months late), thus leaving no time to tear out, order & install all new hardwood!

So far only the only thing done properly has been the grout color in the kitchen! Definately not worth the $14,000 price!
What is typically a fair resolution?

I now see that there are 2 threads on this same issue.
I responded to the other duplicate thread already with a different take.
