What is the name of your state?OH We thought we sold our home. The septic inspection said there was alittle run back. The health dept. did nt pass it. We had the leechfield snaked by roto rooter and resubmitted this to the health dept. It passed The health dept said you shoild pump the septic every 3 yrs. We did not know thAT SINCE it had never been pumped.The house is 10 years old. Since we made repairs within the 10 day period we should be ok????? The buyer wants us to sign a cancellation of contract. What should we do???????????????????????????
