I live in Plano, Tx and I am offering my ex 10 straight days of visitation a month as opposed to the every other weekend as I am moving hours away. I felt this would give him more time with our daughter without us wasting it in the car. He is super adamant about having 11 straight days and I was wondering if there was some kind of legal advantage he's trying to get out of this??

You are contradicting yourself. Dad is an abusive porn addict who you don't want to have to deal with but you will send your child there for 10 days? What am I missing? Apparently the child is not too sick to not be in daycare. So why can't dad have custody while you move?
