I have contacted an lawyer who told me I was definatly due a increase in child support but his fee is $1200.00 if I had that I wouldn't need an increase. Is there a way to get an increase without have to pay the lawyers alot of cash. My X is unwilling to give an increase on his own and I will have to go throught the courts. Is there an agencey that can help me? I have never had an increase and we have been apart for six years. Any advice would be helpful.
