alienation of affections

I am looking for an attorney to aide my husband in taking his sons mother to court in californa. We would to like to sue her ,the District Atty.,Public defender,Los Angeles County,the State of Calif. etal for the alienation of affections of his son. The other part of the law suit would be civil rights abuse by the system. Slander, Libel, Defimation of character,etc. Each and every item above has been inflicted on my husband. His ex has in my opinion possibly commited tampering with the mail. Can Someone help my husband.

husbands ex would not allow any contact ever. Refused to allow phone calls, Returned all cards and letters.Told the courts that my husband stalked her, Terrorized her and threatened her & son (we lived 2 1/2 hrs away). Husband was on probation for prior non payment of arrears. Judge issued a stay away order. husband asked the court to violate his probation on her charges so she would have to prove her charges.The judge did. He set a trial date. She did not show up. Judge refused to lift stay away. District atty. refused to make her appear. Public Defender said it was only his job to keep him out of jail not get the stay away lifted. She mde all these allegations on paper and spread lies to everyone who would listen. Unfortunatly the boy suffered terribly from these charges. This woman even told a District Atty. one time that it was my husband who shot the POPE. She has made threats to him in court and been escorted out of the court.My husbands son thought his father didnt care.didnt love or give a damm.The list goes on & on & on. To much to list here. Just one more thing to peak your intrest. She worked for the Los Angeles county Sherriffs dept. so did her mother. needless to say He never went or drove alone thru LA county.My step son turned 21 in Dec. Finally got to see him in 17 yrs. Then tried to call him at home and his mother still refused to let him talk on the phone or even tell him that we called. Returned Xmas card sent to son.
