Tennessee. My stepchild, 4,(joint custody) told her father and I that her big stepbrother(21) threw her up against a wall. She said that her mother called the police on him. How can I find out if this is true? Of course we asked her mother and step father but they denied it.

He is 21 and therefore it is public record. Go to the town/city where they live and ask the police department for a copy of an incident report on him for around that date...Tell them what you just told us and they will give you a copy of it, then run to your lawyer....jmo
