my niece lives in whitehouse,tenn. and went through coustody battle over her son. she lost. This man owes child support from 6 years ago that was court ordered for him to pay. when they went to court they never attached him for not paying they told her she had to pay then they gave him coustody. This is a woman that takes very good care of her child, she couldnt afford a lawyer, he had one. Why didnt the courts even hear her out? why woul;d they not attach his arrearage and make her pay when he never even been part of his life? He basically kept the child illigal and wouldnt give her him back. the courts never even helped her. what has happened is crazy. do you have any advice on what way she can go now to reappeal this?
