Alright, I just called a Family Law attorney office.
I have an appointment tomorrow in the morning.
Apparently, it is already too late to get a court order before Saturday but the lawyer I talked is confident I can get one next week.
He also mentioned that I need to be very aggressive, file for action and ask for custody limiting the mother to supervised visits.
