What is the name of your state? Texas
My friend has a daughter in law and son who were recently sent to Kuwait. They have a 4 month old daughter. The daughter in law asked for the baby to go to her mother's house first and then to go to my friend (the son's mother's home). The day has come for my friend to pick up the baby who is in Oklahoma. However, the grandmother who has the baby is unwilling to give her up. My friend has power of attorney, but what can she do? She has been unable to get a message through to her son or daughter in law as the only messages going through to Kuwait are deaths, births and serious illnesses.
