Yesterday I filed An "Order To Show Cause" to modify my physical & visitation orders and request court to grant me permission to apply for a passport for my son and request to travel out of the country in June to attend a family reunion. May was the soonest I was able to get a hearing for mediation. Unfortunately, this will not be enough time to apply for a passport for my son.
Q. Can I still request to expedite my hearing even after I filed the ""Order To Show Cause"? The father has not been served.
