What is the name of your state? TX

I am a woman who has physical custody of two young teens. (The custody determination was made in CA) I want to apply for Social Security disability based on depression and maybe Bipolar II. I have been raising the children apprpriately during this illness. I am very concerned that my litigious ex-husband will use this application and eventual award to argue that custody should be changed. Please advise and help! Thanks.

Well , are you going to apply or not ?

How are you providing for yourself and Children NOW ?

Sure , If He the father could prove ' The best interest of the child(ren ) is to be placed with him , he possibly could win that argument .
