What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania

At what distance, do you have to petition the court for a relocation of a child if I am the one that has sole legal and physical custody? Is it just if you move across state lines or is it a certain number of miles away from the original home?

The other parent has never tried to set up regular visitation or obtain any type of custody.

What does your order say? State statutes? Did you know that Google is your friend?

There may not be a specific number of miles. You want to relocate? Especially if it affects the other parent's parenting time? Notification is required.

Common sense is also your friend.
