What is the name of your state? TX

I understand that you cannot include your child support in a bankruptcy, but is it possible to include your arrearages if you are filing for Chapter 13? It was something I heard but wasn't sure about.

child support whether current or owed is never dischargeable.

you should post to the bankruptcy board for sure
